Female or male; North Americans strongly preferred. Experience with young learners/children are preferred, but not always required. Flexible and dynamic teachers are strongly preferred. Fresh teachers are welcome.

Ansan (http://ansan.iansan.net/english/index.asp) is a city of almost 700,000 people located in Gyeonggi province on the coast of the Yellow Sea. It's only 70 minutes from Gangnam district in Seoul by Seoul's subway system.

Gwangmyeong (http://eng.gm.go.kr/) in Gyeonggi province, borders south of Seoul (Geumcheon-gu and Guro-gu). Two of Seoul's subway lines go through this city.

Elementary to middle school

Monday - Friday. Classes scheduled between 3.00 pm and 10.00 pm. Schedules average 22-25 teaching hours (60 minutes) per week.

There are 3-6 foreign teachers at each branch. All branches have about an equal number of Korean teachers.

Modern one bedroom apartments

2.1-2.3 million won per month + all the usual benefits, including full pension refund. Two full weeks of vacation are offered, in addition to Korean national holidays. The contract is comprehensive and well-written.

We've been hiring for them in the past five years and have sent more than a dozen teachers to them. Teachers have been very pleased with the professional environment, manageable teaching schedules, and administrative support.
